Parts and Shipping Information:
ll orders are shipped out on UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Next day and second day service is available on request. Orders placed by 3:00 will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 3:00 will be shipped on the next business day.
Returns:
ffective October 1st. 2007 part returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the original sale, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If you are mailing back a return, the return authorization number must be clearly printed on the shipping package. Contact a parts staff member if you need an authorization number issued.
Honda Parts Pricing:
onda parts pricing is now available to our dealers. In the past the Dealer Parts Price List (DPPL) has been difficult to read, but we have corrected that problem by adding an easy to read price structure guide that will tell each Honda dealer what their price is based on the retail price listed in the DPPL. If you do not have a current DPPL price book, please contact us and we will send you one at no charge. This is for Honda dealers only, if you are a Honda dealer and need your password to open the price guide please contact the parts department.
