PARTS & SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders are shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. Next Day and Second Day service is available upon request. Orders placed by 3:00 PM will be processed and shipped the same day, orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

RETURNS:

Part returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original sale invoice. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of sale, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If you are shipping back a return, the return authorization number must be clearly printed on the shipping package. Contact a parts staff member to receive a return authorization number.
